Location of open position: Account Services - Raleigh, NC - Full Time Position Summary:The Account Supervisor is the day-to-day brand leader for designated customers. The AS is responsible for ongoing customer satisfaction, which is achieved by building strong client relationships, contributing sound strategic thinking and ensuring the quality and timeliness of the final product. He/she is also responsible for the supervision, training and development of junior account team staff members.
